 She completed her undergraduate education with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and a minor in sustainability from the California State University, Chico. She is an alumnae of Alpha Omicron Pi women's fraternity. After college she started in real estate with Class A office buildings and multifamily homes throughout Santa Barbara, Ventura County and Los Angeles. Since moving to San Diego, Morganne has been able to serve her community and help several families and investors alike in their real estate journey and achieve their goals.
